The PowerShelter 405 Foam Curtain dock shelter, a robust well insulated, durable curtain style dock shelter creating an effective seal between the outside air and internal air of the building.
The incredibly durable materials of the 405 ensures seal damage practically never occurs with a esthetical pleasing appearance to the building.

Materials
The special foam core side panels of the 405-dock shelter with a double-walled casing, can flex backwards and sidewards over the full height of the shelter. When a vehicle approaches offline, the side panels compress, moving both backwards as well as sidewards.
For high vehicles (up to 4500 mm) the dock shelter 405 is provided with a flexible articulating roof canopy which allows the roof to move upwards and / or forwards or backwards when impacted without sustaining damage.
The curtains (3500 gr/m²) are made of a two-layer polyester fabric with a dull PVC coating. The curtains are extremely resistant to UV radiation with a high tear resistance, tensile strength, and excellent temperature durability.
On the side curtains, strips have been mounted which provide additional contra pressure resulting in side curtains that seal securely against the vehicle. The top curtain is doubly laminated in the corners, resulting in even better sealing.
The side curtains include approach stripes, which serve as vehicle guides for the drivers.
The roof is designed for optimal lateral drainage.
Dimensions
Standard dimensions is suitable for centrally docked vehicles, with a width range of 2200 to 2650 mm and a height range of 3600 to 4200 mm.
Application
The dock shelter 405 is especially suitable in loading or unloading situations where the use of wheel guides is undesired and inaccurate docking occurs regularly.
